Sempre gostei de explorar o meu país, Portugal desde norte a sul. Talvez o faça com mais frequência quando sinto necessidade de sair um pouco do meu ambiente. Seja quando estou em Lisboa ou no Alentejo e ambos por diferentes motivos: Um pelo stress de uma cidade grande e outro pela vila pequena que parece que me corta as asas e se torna sufocante por vezes. E na minha vida, escolho sempre dar prioridade à minha saúde mental. 

Assim, numa dessas fases em que necessitava de colocar uma pausa no dia-a-dia e priorizar a relação comigo mesma, com os outros e a nível criativo. Escolhi visitar Évora e conhecer o Vitória Stone Hotel. 
I have always enjoyed exploring my own country Portugal from north to south. Maybe I do it more often when I feel the need to get out of my environment. Whether I'm in the capital Lisbon or in the country side Alentejo and both for different reasons: One by the stress of a big city and another by the small village that seems to cut my wings and sometimes suffocates me.

In my life I always choose to give priority to my mental health.

So, in one of those phases where I needed to put a pause in the day-to-day life and prioritize the relationship with myself with others and at the creative level. I chose to visit Évora and to visit the Vitória Stone Hotel.



Se tal como eu gostariam de visitar melhor a cidade e Évora e só vos faria sentido ficar no centro da cidade o Vitória Stone Hotel é uma opção bastante complecta. 

Trata-se de um hotel com uma arquitectura e decoração moderna, em que o seu exterior é marcado por um tom tijolo e o interior em tons escuros. 
Não é um hotel enorme, mas também não o considero pequeno pois tem 5 andares. Em termos de lazer o Vitória Hotel disponibiliza aos seus clientes ginásio, spa e uma piscina exterior. Mas talvez, o que me marcou especialmente foi o bar no 4º piso. Um bar com imensa opção desde chocolate quente, chás, cocktails, etc. E o ponto mais forte, música ao vivo durante a noite, música fantástica dos anos 50 no dia em que estive hospedada no hotel, foi para mim um factor diferenciador. 

É um hotel bastante calmo e se valorizam hotéis mais modernos e com um excelente ambiente, deveriam fazer uma visita.

If are thinking about come to Portugal maybe you should also visit Évora it would only make sense to stay in the center of the city at Vitória Stone Hotel for example.

It is a hotel with a modern architecture and decoration in which its exterior is marked by a brick color tone and the interior in dark tones.

It's not a huge hotel but I do not consider it small as it has 5 floors. In terms of activities the Vitória Hotel offers his guests a gym spa and an outdoor swimming pool. But perhaps what struck me especially was the bar on the 4th floor. A bar with a huge choice of options like hot chocolate, teas, cocktails, etc. And the strong point: live music at night fantastic music from the 50's the day I stayed at the hotel, was a differentiating factor for me.

It is a very quiet hotel and if you value more modern hotels and with a great atmosphere, maybe you should stay in Victoria Stone Hotel.

Sempre vi em todo o lado este lugar e rapidamente me despertava a atenção, mas só há pouco pouco tempo descobri onde - Espanha - Muralla Roja
Sempre me despertou a atenção pela sua arquitectura enorme, pela estética da junção dos edifícios que funcionam de uma forma harmoniosa entre si e claro, pelo excelente jogo de cores. 

O projecto foi pensado pelo arquitecto Ricardo Bofill Levi e (pasmem) em 1973. What an artist! com uma visão já tão avançada para a altura!   

Quero partilhar algumas fotografias de Ewa Michalik, para perceberem melhor da beleza que falo e é esta urbanização! Muitos já devem conhecer ou simplesmente não sabiam do nome deste lugar lindo, por isso senti a necessidade de partilhar! Aliás, porque também espero fotografar neste lugar no futuro for sure está bem no topo de lugares para fazer uma photoshoot.

O que quero muito saber: Se já visitaram a Muralla Roja, se sim, contem-me tudo! Se não, vamos reter um pouco de inspiração que esta arquitectura nos traz.

I've always seen this place everywhere and it quickly awake my attention, but it was very recently that I discovered where and the place name - Muralla Roja in Spain.

I have always been amazed by this enormous architecture by the aesthetics of the junction of the buildings that work in a perfect harmony way and of course by the game of colors.

The project was designed by the architect Ricardo Bofill Levi and (be amazed) in 1973. What an artist! With a vision already so advanced for his time!

I want to share some photographies taken by Ewa Michalik. Just to be amazed by the beauty that I'm talking about! By the way, because I also hope to shoot in this place in the future for sure it's on my top places to do a photoshoot.
